NY Women’s MAY and AUGUST have been Canceled

At this time of global uncertainty, the health, well-being and safety of all of our visitors is top priority. 
As such, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming May 4-5, 2020 and August 2-4, 2020 NY Women’s events. 
We want to reassure you that we are moving forward with our September 2020 COTERIE Marketplace, in anticipation that business will soon be conducted without disruption.

Welcome to the Press Hub

To ensure quality press coverage and representation at NY Women’s produced events, we require press to submit required credentials from an approved media outlet. Media registration is open to trade and consumer-focused media outlets including print, TV, radio and online as well as any writer, photographer, and editor with an editorial assignment to cover the show for a media outlet that is related to the industry. Acceptable credentials are outlined below. All credentials are reviewed and admittance to the show is subject to the approval of Show Management.


MEDIA QUALIFICATIONS & CREDENTIALS

*Note: all subject to show management approval

  • Writer/Reporter/Editor
  • Blogger/Influencer
  • Stylist/Wardrobe
  • Publisher/CEO of Media Outlet
  • Television/Radio Producer
  • Photographer/Videographer *must show proof of assignment

*Approved media outlets must have relevant Fashion coverage within 6 months of registration.

Advertising sales representatives, marketing staff, promotion companies, Social Media agencies, PR agencies and Advertising/Branding/Creative agencies will not be admitted to the show as Media.  —these representatives are welcome to attend the show, but will have to register as a paid attendee.

Acceptable credentials include a business card from a print, broadcast or media organization in an editorial position (with individual's name and title listed) AND one of the following:

  • Byline of editorial credit from a recently published article specific to the fashion industry.
  • A website showing a current by-lined article published in an approved media outlet within the past six months.
  • Freelance writers and photographers must present a letter of assignment from an approved publication to be granted a press badge. Freelance writers or columnists not on an assignment must provide a copy of an industry-relevant by-lined article, published within the past six months in an approved media outlet.
