At this time of global uncertainty, the health, well-being and safety of all of our visitors is top priority.
As such, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming May 4-5, 2020 NY Women’s event.

Badge Retrieval

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation via email.  Please print the confirmation and bring it with you to the show, or present it on your mobile device at check-in in order to expedite your badge retrieval on-site.  Badges will not be mailed.

Don't shop 'till you drop! NY Women's provides breakfast and lunch to verified retailers in its café during designated hours on show days.

COAT & BAG CHECK
Drop the items you don’t want to carry around the show at coatcheck for a small fee. Located between the North and South Concourse; across from the Level 2 Starbucks.

RETAIL CONCIERGE
Our Retail Relations team will be available on-site to help you find exactly what you are looking for and make your show as easy, productive and valuable as possible.

LOUNGES

Below is a checklist and guidelines to help you better prepare for the show.

 

What to prepare before getting to the show:

✓ Register online to receive NY Women's market info.
✓ Make notes on your best-selling styles and best-selling brands.
✓ Create a list of new brands that you want to shop at the next show.
✓ Hold a meeting with your staff for their opinions and feedback.
✓ Read WWD, BOF, and other Industry newsletters to be informed on the overall business.
✓ Be a leader not a follower! Know what is happening and selling in your area by doing your homework!
✓ Plan your O.T.B. (Open to Buy)
✓ Make your market appointments.

What to pack:  

✓ Iphone/Anroid for taking pictures (don’t forget the charger!)
✓ Projections, OTB and calendar appointments.
✓ Business cards: keep them with you even during social events
✓ Laptop/Ipad for placing orders.
✓ Large tote bag for all the line sheets

 

Plan ahead to make your show as productive and as valuable as possible:

✓ Utilize the digital show planner to map out your day.
✓ Walk row by row, floor by floor. You never know what you may find.
✓ Don't be shy. If you see a busy booth, ask what time would be good for you to come back.
✓ Network: build a group of market friends that you can have lunch or dinner with and share experiences.
✓ Set a goal of visiting 5-10 new vendors at every market.
✓ Try and write your orders at the show – especially for at once merchandise
